How upgrading works: Razi AI File Converter runs entirely in your browser with no server or payment backend — so instead of a card-on-file subscription, Pro and Business plans are set up manually: email your request to
razidigi1@gmail.com, pay via bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa, and you'll receive a Pro unlock code to redeem from your account menu inside the app. Your files are never uploaded to us either way — everything still converts locally on your device.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to log in to use the free tools?
No. The Universal Converter, PDF↔Word, PDF↔JPG, JPG↔PDF, and Merge PDF all work without an account. Logging in is only needed to unlock and download from Pro-only tools, and to track your Pro plan.
Is my payment information stored on this site?
No. We don't collect card details on this site. Payment is arranged directly with Razi Digi (bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa) and a Pro code is issued manually after payment is confirmed.
Are my files ever uploaded to a server?
Never, on any plan. Every conversion — Free or Pro — runs locally in your browser using JavaScript. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Pro and Business are billed manually with no lock-in contract. Just email us at razidigi1@gmail.com and we won't renew your access at the next cycle.
